Hi, I’m Zoie. Just your average 29-year-old introvert with a passion for writing and photography. Originally from a small-town in southern Indiana, I recently moved to the Indianapolis area after falling in love with the city and longing for a place with more opportunities. I work as a digital media specialist by day, and lifestyle blogger by night. 

I started this lifestyle blog in 2017 with the intention to share my life experiences as I graduated from college and moved into the ‘real world’ — and I’ve been doing just that ever since. I’ve created this little space on the internet to share my concert and travel experiences, life accomplishments, personal goals and share tips with you so I can help you live your best life. But I know that life isn’t always easy and can sometimes be awkward, and that’s why I’m sharing those moments with you too.

I am a natural storyteller at heart. I’ve been telling stories whether verbally, through photos or on paper for as long as I can remember. I got my first digital camera in middle school and I fell in love with visual storytelling. A few camera upgrades later and now I do photography at my current job and on a freelance basis. I’m always open to requests, so feel free to reach out with any photoshoot ideas!

Blogging and photography stuff aside, I love music. You can catch me constantly talking about my favorite bands on social media and always sharing my favorite song recommendations. I am obsessed with Mexican food, Chinese food and authentic Japanese ramen. I’m also always down to read a good book or play a good video game (like Pokémon or Animal Crossing). I love making new friends, so please don’t be afraid to reach out, even if it’s just to say “hi!”
